Technical team
The company’s research team comprises specialized R&D personnel in fields such as catalysis, organic synthesis, and radiation chemistry. They are dedicated to the R&D of upstream, midstream, and downstream processes for new water-based polymer materials. Currently, the team holds 7 invention patents and 38 utility model patents.
Ren Xu / Ph.D.Technical Team Leader
Doctor of Physical Chemistry from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a leading innovation and entrepreneurship talent in Jiangsu Province.
The research areas include homogeneous catalysis, heterogeneous catalysis, fine chemical engineering, and organic synthesis. The researcher holds 3 authorized invention patents and has published over 20 papers.
The project researched by Dr. Ren Xu’s team has been approved and successfully completed its acceptance review under the SME Science and Technology Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. The developed products have respectively won the Excellent Product Award at the 9th China High-Tech Achievement Fair and the Excellent Achievement Transformation Award at the 10th China High-Tech Achievement Fair.
Dr. Ren Xu has been appointed as an expert by the Belt and Road Environmental Technology Exchange and Transfer Center (Shenzhen) and is participating in the development of the demonstration database for VOCs treatment applications.
