QM 6058 Waterborne Organosilicone-Modified Hydroxyacrylic Resin

QM 6058 is a hydroxyacrylic resin modified with a functional silicone material designed through a special molecular structure. This resin can be formulated into two-component, self-drying coatings at room temperature when combined with waterborne polyurethane curing agents. Alternatively, it can be used with waterborne polyurethane latent curing agents to produce single-component, low-temperature bake coatings. It can also be combined with partially methylated amino resins to create waterborne bake-type coatings. Thanks to the silicone-modification technology employed in this product, the resulting coatings exhibit high hardness, excellent wear resistance, outstanding water and salt-spray resistance, and remarkable chemical resistance, making them ideal for high-performance applications.
