Huizhou Qiangmao Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was established on July 23, 2009, and covers an area of 21,551 square meters. It is a modern enterprise specializing in the production of environmentally friendly adhesives. The company was formerly known as Shantou Hushan Yuhua Adhesive Products Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1982. With a strong technical team and an experienced R&D workforce, the company focuses on product innovation and development. Its products are widely used in fields such as labeling, sanitary materials, textiles, leather processing, and electronics manufacturing, earning widespread trust and high praise from customers both at home and abroad!

Adhering to the development philosophy of "Quality First, Customer Supreme," and building upon the introduction of cutting-edge scientific research achievements from countries such as Europe, the U.S., and Japan, we introduced four sets of advanced, fully automated large-scale equipment—as well as a batch of R&D and testing instruments—in October 2017. Combining these state-of-the-art technologies with advanced management practices and process flows, we are dedicated to the specialized production of environmentally friendly water-based nanoemulsion resins. Our products boast numerous advantages, including being non-toxic, pollution-free, non-flammable, non-explosive, highly stable in performance, excellent adhesion, heat-resistant, cold-resistant, and long-lasting resistance to natural aging. They are widely used in fields such as labeling, sanitary materials, textiles, and leather processing, earning widespread trust and high praise from customers both at home and abroad!

For many years, Qiangmao Technology has continuously explored and pioneered new technologies and processes for water-based emulsion resins, dedicating itself to the research and development and production of truly eco-friendly, all-water-based emulsion resins—aiming to reduce VOC emissions at the source. The “water-based nano-hybrid technology,” independently developed and innovated by the company, has not only won widespread market recognition but also provided valuable support for the nation’s early achievement of carbon neutrality and peak carbon emissions!

On June 26, Huizhou Qiangmao Chemical Technology held a promotion event for VOCs source substitution—environmental protection solutions for the industrial coating and printing industries—as well as the launch ceremony for the “Innovation China” program. Zheng Weijing, chief director of the “Innovation China” program, delivered a speech on behalf of the program. She stated, “Green development is the underlying tone of high-quality development, and new-quality productivity itself is green productivity.” Against this backdrop, China is steadily accelerating the innovation and application of green technologies and advanced eco-friendly technologies, and building a green, low-carbon, and circular economic system—a task that has become a defining mission for our era. The polarity of pressure-sensitive adhesive molecules not only enhances the intermolecular interaction forces at the adhesive interface and improves the interfacial adhesion conditions, thereby increasing the work of adhesion at the interface. It also alters the mechanical and rheological properties of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer—for example, by boosting cohesive strength and elastic modulus, and improving resistance to peel-off and bulk viscosity. All these factors influence the 180° peel strength and other adhesive performance characteristics of pressure-sensitive adhesives.

From June 25 to 26, 2019, the 3rd International Conference on Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Technology was grandly held in Huishan, Wuxi. The conference was jointly initiated by the Management Committee of the Wuxi Huishan Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu Province, the School of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry at Harbin Institute of Technology, and the University of West Coast Poland/National Adhesive Center of the University of West Coast Poland, and was organized by the Wuxi New Materials Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology.
